Rally Agenda

All dates and times should be considered tentative.  If you have questions about the timing of a particular event or tour, please contact the Rally Ranger for that event directly. 

Tuesday

• All Day: Pre-Rally Tailgate Party!  This is just for those that like to come in early and get the lay of the land.  Scope out the campground, and get a head start on the main event.

Wednesday

• All Day: Arrival Day – Check in at the campground office, they will direct you to your site.  Come by the Rally Hall to let us know you are here, and pick up your welcome packet and t-shirts.

• All Day: Get out and enjoy the Hill Country, scope out downtown Fredericksburg or relax at the campground.

• 4:30PM: Rally Rangers Meeting in the small Rally Hall

• 7:30PM:  "Snack and Chat" in the Rally Hall.  Meet the Rally Rangers, our special guests and sponsors who will be on-site during the rally. This will also be a general Q&A session for all rally events.

Thursday

• All Day: Modification Show and Tell – Sign up in the Rally Hall.

• All Day: Get out and enjoy the Hill Country on your own.

• 6:00PM: Welcome Dinner by Cranky Frank’s Barbecue (sponsored by Crestview RV in Selma, TX) and Potluck Desserts. Sign up for desserts on the Forum.

• 7:00PM: Door Prizes and Highland Ridge Representative will be answering your questions.

• 7:45PM: Snack and Chat in the Rally Hall.

Friday

• 10:00AM: Enchanted Rock Tour (Meet near the Rally Hall by 10 to caravan to the state park, tour starts at the park at 11am)

• 1:00PM: Garrison Brothers Bourbon Distillery Tour (Meet near the Rally Hall by 1pm to depart for Hye, Texas. The tour at the distillery starts at 2pm)

• 5:30PM: Potluck Dinner in the Rec Hall. Sign up on the Forum and be sure to bring a copy of your recipe to share!

• 6:30PM: Concert by Little Beverly and the Shades in the Rec Hall.

Saturday

• 8:00AM: Breakfast burritos by Hilda’s Tortillas (sponsored by McClain’s RV Super Stores).

• 8:30AM: Open Range University seminar

• 9:30AM: Bike ride

• 12:00PM: LBJ Ranch Tour

• 1:00PM: Pacific War Museum Tour

• 3:00PM: Wildseed Farms Tour

• All Day: Crestview RV Buda minor repairs/questions

• 6:30PM: Dinner on your own

• 7:30PM: Fredericksburg Gift Exchange

Sunday

• 8:00AM: Farewell Breakfast by Hill Country Donuts and Kolaches (sponsored by Highland Ridge RV)

• 9:00AM: Planning for 2016 – Let’s get a jump on next year, while this rally is still on our minds! The goal is to appoint a 2016 Wagon Master, determine a location (same/different), and organize the planning committee(s).
